The stylish blue kitchen is a welcoming space to cook and gather round the dining table. You'll arrive to find fresh bread, milk, butter, local honey and homemade shortbread. The cupboards are stocked with basic cooking ingredients; oil, salt & pepper, sugar, herbs, ketchup and porridge.

The Lavazza coffee machine makes great coffee and we provide compostable coffee pods, hot chocolate, ground & instant coffee and a range of teas.

Next to the kitchen, there is a practical Utility Room with separate WC and access to the courtyard at the back of the house.

The small private courtyard patio is fully enclosed and provides an outdoor area for you to enjoy.

A spacious, cosy space for you to relax in comfort. Velvet sofas, plenty of cushions and throws for you to 'coorie in' (snuggle).

We have a good selection of books and board games for all ages and the TV has Netflix.

Upstairs you'll find two lovely bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a handsome oak king size bed, bedside tables, dressing table, seating area and walk-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 has a zip and link bed (can be 2 small singles or 1 king size bed), bedside tables, dressing table and open wardrobe.

The bed linen is professionally laundered by Shortridge Laundry, from their Deluxe range.

The family bathroom is located upstairs beside the bedrooms. It comprises a rainfall shower over a bath with luxury toiletries and fluffy towels.

The WC downstairs is quirky and all fixtures are in a Victorian style.
